Refund Policy for Gumroad Book Sales
We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. However, as digital products are non-tangible and immediately accessible, we’ve established the following refund policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business:

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Accidental Purchases: If the purchase was made in error (e.g., multiple accidental purchases of the same item).
Technical Issues: If the product cannot be accessed or downloaded due to technical errors on our end.
Unmet Expectations: If you feel the product does not align with the description provided, you may request a refund with an explanation of your concerns.
2. Timeframe for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances:

If the product was successfully downloaded and consumed.
If dissatisfaction arises solely due to a change of mind.
If there is evidence of the product being redistributed or misused.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to sally@di4africa.org with the subject line “Refund Request.”
Include the following details:
Order ID or transaction number.
Reason for the refund request.
Any screenshots or supporting evidence (if applicable).
5. Refund Process
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
